Sale Options - The 2008 sale order will be available for pick up about Noon on Friday, June 6 at Bank of America, the 4-H Office at the Extension Office, the 4-H Office at the EOLS grounds and online.

We, Billie Jo, John and Ralph along with the EOLS Board of Directors and the 4-H Agent and FFA Advisors, would like to welcome you to the Eastern Oregon Livestock Show. We would love to have you join us and support the youth of our community at the 2008 Junior Auction, Saturday, June 7, 2008 starting at 8:00 a.m., continuing until the last animal is sold.
BUYERS NUMBERS
Because our show has such a large attendance and such great supporters, over the last 10-years we have upgraded our Auction Program so that the buyers will need a “Buyers Number” to make a purchase. This information is available to our Auctioneer and he states the buyers name as purchases are made.
If you made a purchase at the 2007 EOLS Auction, you should have a buyers number pre-assigned and you may pick it up between 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. on Friday prior to Auction day or when you arrive at the grounds Auction day. If your Company has had a name change we will need to issue you a new buyers number, so please feel free to call or email with the information.
If you are a new supporter to the EOLS Auction you may call (541) 975-9519 or email: billiejob@verizon.net with: Company Name, Contact Name, Mailing Address, and Phone number and we will have a number ready for you to pickup Friday or Saturday. You may also bring a business card, or just your information and we will provide you with a buyers number at that time. You don’t have to be a Company to purchase, you may purchase as an individual.
HOW TO MAKE A DONATION OR PURCHASE AN ANIMAL AT THE EOLS AUCTION
We have designed a “Buyer’s Guide” to assist you in making a donation or purchase at the Auction, please print it out and take a look. If you need assistance on Auction day, please let someone at the Office know and we will have a member of our Buyers Committee assist you in your purchase.
EOLS has a Buyers Committee who donates their time to contact the business in Union County for their support of the youth at the EOLS Auction and then they spend their day at the Auction making the purchases. If you would like to have a member contact you or you are unable to attend the EOLS Auction and would like to make a proxy purchase or donation, please contact Billie Jo at (541) 975-9519 or email: billiejob@verizon.net or John at (541) 562-5099. We will be glad to take donations for one week after the show.
HOW TO PAY
Payment, if at all possible, is to be made the day of the Auction. If you are unable to attend or have a “proxy bid”, please mail your checks to: EOLS Auction, PO Box 1273, La Grande, OR 97850. We are able to bill you for your purchase but would appreciate full payment no later than 30 days after the Auction.
