Dear Advertisers,

 

2010 marks the 103rd anniversary of Eastern Oregon Livestock Show!  We invite you to participate this year as an advertiser. There are a couple of changes this year our advertisers need to be aware of.  The deadline for ads this year is May 1, 2010.  The other is that if any changes need to be made to your advertisement, you must do this yourself and provide me with a copy of the new ad.  Our printing company is sometimes not able to make changes to ads requested.

I would like to offer a 5% discount on your ad if it is purchased and paid for by April 1, 2010.  Since we are designing our own program we have an inside front cover, inside back cover, and a back cover to sell for $300, and will qualify with the discount.  I ask that you would contact me personally to commit to the cover pages.

You have the choice to either mail your information on a CD; or e-mail it to lazyhcattle@yahoo.com.  (When sending us your CD or e-mail, please save your ad or logo to a .jpg or .tif file format at 300 dpi.)  Please remember to include your ad information sheet; so that we will be able to contact you with any questions.
