Dear Advertisers,
On behalf of the Eastern Oregon Livestock Show I would like to extend an invitation to your business to advertise with us in the 2012 EOLS Program.
Advertising with EOLS offers a great opportunity to broaden your customer base, as it draws individuals from all over the Northwest. This year, we are hoping to reach even more people by making small changes to the program, thus creating more appeal to our spectators and to the entire community.
The final deadline for all advertisements is May 1, 2012. However we will offer a 5% discount on ads that are paid in full by April 1, 2012.
There are three premier ad spaces available for $300.00 each. These spaces are located on the inside covers of the program, as well as on the back cover. If you are interested in these premier spaces please contact me as soon as possible to confirm availability.
If you purchased ad space with us last year, a copy was mailed to you for your review. Please make any necessary changes and re-submit. If no changes are made, we will run your previous advertisement in this years’ program.
When submitting your advertisement please include a copy of your ad, the completed information sheet, and payment for your space. Submissions may be made via e-mail (please send payment by mail) or through the mail on a CD, (please save images in .jpg or .tif format at 300 dpi.).
